概要
Medical Note is an app for booking doctors at private clinics, keeping a medical calendar for the whole family and getting cashback after visits to partner clinics. Over a year we designed the app and its logic, the clinic aggregator, the business account where clinics work with their patients, a promo landing page, print materials and UI animations, and managed the project.
Challenge
Booking a doctor had to take fewer steps, with an interface that is easy for patients and for clinic staff, and with payments connected.
Approach
We built the patient app around what people actually do with their health, tied it to the clinics with a loyalty system, and designed the business side for the clinics themselves.
Patient app
People find a clinic or a doctor, see the reviews, schedule and address, and book a time. A medical calendar keeps visits, medication and procedures for every member of the family, with reminders, and a documents section keeps medical files in one place. Someone who doesn't know which doctor they need can write to the medical concierge, who books the visit for them.

Cashback and loyalty
The loyalty system ties the two sides together. After a visit to a partner clinic the patient tells the reception they use Medical Note, scans the QR code on the receipt and gets cashback as points in the app wallet, then spends them at the next visit with a confirmation code. Clinic offers and discounts appear in a list by category and on a map, with filters by metro, distance and price.
How the model works
For clinics
For clinics we designed the business side: an account where a clinic network sees its patients, sends birthday greetings and targeted offers, awards points and sets loyalty levels with their own cashback, plus a clinic aggregator website with clinic networks, doctors and price lists.

Bringing in patients and partners
To bring in patients and partners we made a mobile promo landing page with a sign-up gift, a flyer for clinic receptions, a partner brochure and short animations for the app and the stores.

Outcome
The work helped the company attract investment, made the app easier for patients to use and raised conversion.
