Revel
A desk for a car dealer's service and parts team. We designed the product end to end, from the first directions to the landing page

Hakkımızda
Revel is the desk a car dealer's service and parts team works from: special-order parts, warranty leads, trade‑in appraisals, inventory and customer conversations, in one sidebar. We designed the product end to end, from the first style directions to the design system in a light and a dark theme, the phone version, a questionnaire the dealer's customers fill in before a visit and the product's landing page.
Challenge
Special-order parts come in, sit on the shelf and wait for a customer nobody has told. The desk needed one queue where an advisor sees every order and what it is waiting for, and chases, ships or closes it, and the same desk had to take in warranty leads, appraisals and inventory without turning into five tools.
Approach
We started with a set of style directions, and the client picked the seventh: an automotive hi-tech look with tabular figures and a warm accent, light by default. From there the work went in rounds on one review link, where the client left comments on the live build and each round updated it in place. Colours, radii and a four-step severity ramp live in tokens, so a status reads the same in orders, warranty and stock, in both themes.

One queue for every special order
Service Recovery is the parts on the shelf, waiting on the customer. Seven tiles across the top count the queue by state, from communicating to waiting list, and one click on a tile filters the list to it. Filters stay where the advisor left them.

Working an order
The order in one panel
The state of the order and the one action come first, the facts sit underneath as quiet label and value rows, and the conversation recedes into reference.

Seven directions, then one system
The client saw seven style directions, from a dense table to an instrument cluster, and picked the seventh. It became the system: four steps of severity that mean the same in orders, warranty and stock, a warm accent and tabular figures, written as tokens so both themes come from one source.

AppraiseAI, from a vehicle to an offer
A model, a VIN, an odometer reading. AppraiseAI finds the car, reads the market for it and works the offer: the appraised value, the profit target, the target sell price and the reconditioning cost are tied together, so moving one moves the others.

Stock on the same desk, and all of it on a phone
Inventory Accountability shows what the store owns and why: every part line with where it came from and how often it moves. On a phone the table turns into cards with the figures that matter, and an order opens as a full-screen sheet with its actions at the thumb.
Customer's Voice, before the visit
Revel is more than the desk the advisor works from. Before a service visit the dealer sends the customer a short questionnaire, so the fault is half diagnosed before the car arrives. It asks three plain things: how you notice the problem, where it is on the vehicle, and what the car is doing when it happens. The customer answers in everyday words; the technician's worksheet carries the terms from the dealer's own Ford form. A map of the car in sectors replaces a drawing to guess on, and a search raises the right answer instead of a long list to read.
Try it: say how you notice it, point it out on the car, search what it's doing

A page built from the product
The desk needed a public face, so we designed and built its landing page out of the app itself: the same type stack, the warm palette, the glass-over-mesh surfaces, light only, the headline's last words set in the product's brown. The product shot sits solid white inside the glass page, so the page and the desk read as one object.
Each screen is a real moment from the desk, shot in its own world
On a phone
On a phone the desk turns into cards under the headline, and the navigation stays at the thumb all the way down the page
One warm desk, and the page that sells it.
