- Borzo (ex Dostavista)
Chi siamo
Borzo, formerly Dostavista, is an on-demand delivery service that used to run a dozen local brands in different countries. For over three years our team of eight worked as its in-house design team, from both apps and every website to the move from a dozen local brands to one global brand.
Challenge
Each local brand had its own product and its own look. The company wanted to streamline the system behind every brand and the business as a whole, and to raise new investment, and it had no design team of its own to do it.
Approach
From 2019, for over three years, our team of eight worked as Borzo's in-house design team. The work started with user research, UX testing and analytics and turned into a single design system shared by every product.
Client app
The client app takes an order from addresses to payment in a few steps and keeps the sender informed while a courier is found.
Ordering and payment
Courier app
The courier app shows available orders on a map with the fee for each, and walks the courier through an active order, including a photo of the building at each stop.
Orders and an active order
Business account and websites
For business clients we redesigned the web account: order forms with several stops, delivery lists, bulk uploads from a spreadsheet and a map of pickup points. We redesigned every website too.
Web account
One global brand
Alongside the product we pushed the strategic decision to bring the local brands under one global name. We created the Borzo brand and its marketing visual language, made a series of motion promo videos and designed the investor decks. Dostavista stayed only in Russia.
