PeterJohns is a premium family real estate brand in Spain that helps clients buy and sell residential and commercial property in Barcelona and Madrid. We created the brand and the website: the logo and monogram, a 121-page identity guide and the site design for desktop, tablet and phone.
Challenge
The agency works with people buying or selling premium homes who expect a personal approach, honest advice and support at every stage of the deal, including legal help and relocation. The brand had to carry that sense of trust and prestige everywhere, from a business card to the website.
Approach
The design pairs minimalist restraint with a quiet old-money feel. The logo joins the letters P and J into a monogram inside a circle, next to the wordmark in an elegant serif. The circle stands for integrity and unity, and the monogram can stand alone where people already know the brand: a website header, an app icon, an embossed cover.
A warm system
Around the logo sits a warm system: cream white, near-black and soft warm greys with one yellow accent, Berlin as the main typeface and Hedvig Letters for headlines, and a PJ monogram pattern in black, white and sand tones. The guide also sets six rules for photography: clean backgrounds, calm colour, the property first, good light, no clutter, and people who show everyday life in Spain.
The identity at work
The 121-page guide shows the identity on business cards with a circular cut-out, envelopes, folders and planners, street flags, billboards and posters, clothing and merchandise, and social media layouts.

For the website we designed a home page that leads with a property search, Find your exceptional property today, a buy or rent switch and a top-five selection, plus listing pages with price, area and rooms, in desktop, tablet and phone layouts.
Outcome
The PJ monogram logo we designed is in use on the agency's live site.
