Qwangy is one digital ecosystem that puts a messenger, a social network and a marketplace in the same app, for every kind of business and for the people who buy from them. We designed the product across platforms, the brand, the website and the promo.
Challenge
Give B2B partners, from suppliers and distributors to brands and retail, a direct line to buyers, and make every offer personal with neural networks instead of one catalogue for everyone.
Approach
We designed one system instead of three apps. The marketplace, the social feed and the messenger sit under one account and one navigation on iOS, Android, mobile web and desktop, and the messenger has a direct chat with stores and business partners.
Marketplace
The marketplace home greets the user, keeps the wish list in view and offers collections picked for them. Businesses get their own tools to open a store, manage stock and track orders, and the team moderates everything from an admin panel.
Social network and messenger
The social side has stories, live streams, posts and a friends list. The messenger handles chats, calls and screen sharing.
Brand and promo
The brand is a red Q mark with a soft lilac and pink interface around it, plus a glowing orb that runs through the presentation. We also made the motion pieces: device mockups that walk through the marketplace and the messenger, and the orb animation.
